At the “Lighting the candle to express gratitude to the martyrs ceremony” on July 26, 2016 evening, Mr. Pham Hoang Viet – Permanent Deputy General Director of An Phat Plastic and Ms. Tran Thi Thoan – Business Deputy General Director gave 30 gifts to Vietnamese heroic mothers, families under preferential treatment policy and those with meritorious contributions to the revolution.
Participating in the gratitude activities, Mr. Duong Xuan Ty – An Phat Plastic’s Secretary of the Party Committee of said: Caring, helping and improving the lives of wounded soldiers, martyrs’ families, people with meritorious contributions to the revolution are the moral traditional values of “Act of gratitude ” and “Drink water to remember the source”. These activities have contributed to the spiritual encouragement, partly compensating for the pain and loss that they have sacrificed to protect the independence, freedom and peace for the country.
On May 27, 2016, right after getting to know about natural disasters in Japan – the country with which An Phat Plastic has maintained a good relationship. With the spirit of “The leaves protect tattered ones”, on behalf of An Phat Plastic, Mr. Pham Anh Duong – Chairman went to Embassy of Japan in Vietnam to donate USD 10,000 to support victims of earthquakes in Japan.
On June 23, 2016, Mr. Fukada Hiroshi – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan in Vietnam, on behalf of the Government of Japan, sending a thank-you letter to An Phat Plastic for this meaningful action.
A donated amount of 10.000 USD was transferred to the Japanese Red Cross by Embassy of Japan, and distributed by the “Kumamoto Earthquake Donation Committee in 2016”, directly delivered to households having losses, with damaged houses, and seriously injured people.
In the thank-you letter, Mr. Fukada Hiroshi wrote: “The contribution from An Phat Plastic’s employees is an action of care and solidarity between Vietnamese and Japanese people. Not only victims of the earthquake-affected areas, but all Japanese people are touched and grateful for the great support … Sincere help from An Phat Plastic has certainly been of a great encouragement for those victims to overcome difficulties and carry out the reconstruction. Once again, I would like to express my deep gratitude to your attention and sharing. At the same time, I also hope that An Phat Plastic will constantly maintain a close friendship with Japan. ”
The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan in Vietnam also wished all An Phat Plastic’s employees good health and success.
